Developing personas and scenarios is the best way to put your design puzzle together. It is also a great tool when trying to persuade colleagues in seeing your vision. This approach is as simple as storytelling; think about it, when developing your scenario, you must think in sequence, just as you would when developing a story; you create characters and personas, conflicts, plots, and finally, the resolution. In addition, you should design with the future of your project in mind. For example, the site should be built in preparation that it may be compiled upon as different platforms and technologies change over the years. This is a logical thing to do because you don’t want to have to rebuild your entire site due to it being outdated and non-expandable.
